About Sarah

My name is Sarah Moog. I am a Jesus lover and seeker, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a friend. The University of Tennessee is my alma mater where I graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies and with two minors: Information Sciences and Technology and Technical Communications. If my degree doesn’t give it away, I love to talk. I enjoy simple things. I like to think of life as an adventure, and I am determined to become a published author. I think I’m funny (hopefully you do too.) You’ll probably catch me wearing my chacos. And I spend the majority of my free time reading a good book, playing with my dogs, and drinking coffee.cropped-DSC08847-Version-2.jpg

I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe he died on the cross for our sins in order to give human-kind a second chance at a relationship with Him and His father and eternal life. He is the Author of time and the Lover of my soul. He is My Provider, Comforter, and best friend. He is a dream come true.

I put family first. Through a serious of events, fortunate or unfortunate, I have come to love my family whole-heartedly. They are my everything. My parents are my heroes and my sisters mean everything to me. Without them I would not have the support and the love that I need to grow.

I write for myself. I blog for my own personal enjoyment, to share with you the lessons Jesus has been teaching me, and to share with you the life I have been blessed with. I write poetry and novels for my own enjoyment, and because it’s what I love to do. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and I am always willing to hear what you like and dislike about my work. But this is something I do for me.

Galations 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Exodus 14:14, “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

2 Corinthians 12:9-10, “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
